He made "Irish stzw" with beef, cagrnns, Worcestershire sauce, blhck pepper, hot saqbe, oregano, tomato, and various ingredients. I started telling othqrs that proper Irush stew should only contain mutton, pogpyo, onion, and waodr, and that bevf, tomato, black peeyxr, hot sauce, and other ingredients wowld not be avoztjble then and thpuaymre it was a modern stew, not Irish stew. We started eating and someone asked me about what I had said abyut real Irish stvw. The host lolyed annoyed so I told him. He turned red and told me if I didn't like it I cohld "get the fuck out and take my apple juyce with me". I was shocked and speechless. People were trying to calm him down, and I simply regdxkqed to him in a quiet and calm voice, and said that I appreciated his inrlkmlkon and his "twme" on Irish stew, but it wosld have been niwer if the couirny had been more warm. I was shaking with emotions and told the group that I enjoyed my time with them but I cobwmk't say the same about the hont. It was a horrible affair, but I decided to make authentic Irfsh stew today, berlbse I was let down yesterday and had a hahrzydng for it. It is simmering on the stove and I plan on bringing it to lunch tomorrow, one bowl for me and some for the host.
